Google Chrome users
To unblock your camera and microphone, follow these steps:
- Click the camera icon located in your browser’s address bar, top right
- Make sure that "Always allow" is selected
- Click done
- Refresh your browser
Alternatively, while on app.kiddom.co click the button in the top left of the address bar (it will be right before the URL):
In the box that opens, check to see if the camera & microphone permissions are toggled on. If they don't appear, click "Site Settings". This will open the site settings in a new tab. Locate the "Camera" and "Microphone" sections and ensure they are set to "Allow". You may need to refresh your browser after updating permissions.
Firefox Users
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and then select Preferences or Settings, depending on your computer's version.
- Click Privacy & Security on the left.
- Scroll down to the Permissions section.
Click the Settings… button for the Camera or Microphone option.
Firefox displays the websites with saved Allow or Block permission.
- Use the Allow/Block selector to change the permission for the Kiddom website to Allow.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Alternatively, while on app.kiddom.co click the button in the top left of the address bar (it will be right before the URL):
Click the X next to Allowed, Allowed Temporarily, Blocked or Blocked Temporarily to clear the status so that Firefox will ask again for permission when you next visit the site.
