The Curriculum Isn't Loading...



Are you getting a blank page when you select a curriculum? Have no fear! To resolve this, you can do one of two things: a hard-refresh of your browser or clear your browser's cookies and other site data.

How to Hard-Refresh Your Browser

Windows

  • Hold down the Control (Ctrl) Key and press the browser's Refresh Button

or

  • Hold down the Control Key and press the F5 key

Mac

  • Hold down the Shift Key and press the browser's Refresh Button

or

  • Hold down Command and Shift, and press the ‘R’ key

How to Clear Cookies and Other Site Data (Google Chrome)

  • Select the 3-dot menu on the top right of the browser window
  • Select "Clear Browsing Data"
  • Make sure the "Cookies and other site data" is checked
  • Select "Clear data"

After clearing the data, navigate back to Kiddom, select a curriculum and enjoy!
