How Can I Update My School Information?
It is really important that both you and your students are accurately placed in the correct school to ensure access to all classes. If, for any reason, you are not seeing the correct information on your Kiddom page, please reach out to your CSM or the Kiddom support team via the in-app support system or by emailing support@kiddom.co.
If your school or district is integrated through a system such as Clever or Classlink, please contact your school's administrative team to verify the accuracy of the data in those systems and its sharing with Kiddom.
If your school or district is rostered manually, you can update your information by accessing the Account Settings menu in the platform and clicking on your avatar.
