There are 4 different options you can use to get information on all your students at once. To access them, (1) navigate to reports, (2) make sure you have "Everyone" selected, and then (3) click "Download Reports" on the right side of the page. For information on individual student reports, visit this article.
The 4 options you'll see are:
- Standards Report Card
- Assignments Report Card
- Class Standards Data
- Class Assignments Data
Standards Report Card
When downloaded using the instructions above, Standards Report Cards are separated into a page for each individual student but combined into one .pdf file that is sent as an attachment to the email registered on your Kiddom account.
You will notice that you will still see an average performance for all of the standards assessed. This is a snapshot of how your student is doing overall.
Additionally, you will find details on the specific standards that each student is working on: it will show the standard label, description, and their mastery level for that particular standard.
Assignments Report Card
Similar to Standards Report Cards, Assignment Report Cards are separated into a page for each individual student but combined into one .pdf file that is sent as an attachment to the email registered on your Kiddom account. However, this report gives you more details for each assignment given rather than standards.
Along with assignment titles, you will also be able to see the attached standard labels, and note the student’s mastery level according to that particular assessment. The focus is on how they performed for each piece of work, rather than each standard.
Word to the Wise: If the assignment has not been turned in by the student or graded by the teacher, it will be labeled “Not Graded.”
Class Standards Data
Class Standards Data and Class Assignments Data both generate .csv spreadsheet files so you can view all of your student data at the same time. Since the file is in a spreadsheet format you can open it with tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to make any kind of calculations you may need.
For the Class Standards option, rows are students and columns are standards that have been covered in the class. Data is always presented as a percentage out of 100. Keep that in mind if you are using a different grading scale.
Class Assignments Data
For the Class Assignments Data option, a .csv is generated. The top row of data will show the number of points possible for each assignment, each row beneath it will have a student name. Each column will have an assignment title, with the farthest right column showing the student’s overall grade as a percentage. Data in each cell is shown as a point value NOT a percentage.
