When you try to take a photo or record video/audio using Kiddom, you may see a screen like this:
If you see this screen, it means your camera and microphone might be blocked by your web browser. To fix, follow the steps below.
Google Chrome users
To unblock your camera and microphone, follow these steps:
Click the camera icon located in your browser’s address bar, top right
Make sure that "Always allow" is selected
Refresh your browser
