Real Time Support for Teachers


Live Chat and Email Support

We provide live chat support for educators from 9 AM to 8 PM ET, Monday to Friday (6 AM to 8 PM ET during Back to School season). We also provide support via email. You can reach out to us by using the question mark bubble in the bottom left corner of the Kiddom platform or by sending an email to support@kiddom.co.

Teacher Home Page

Kiddom is now utilizing the power of AI to help teachers navigate our platform more efficiently with the Home page. Teachers are greeted with recommendations on the Home page on login, and can return anytime via the house icon in the left navigation bar. Clicking a recommendation opens the righthand sidebar to display a text response along with clickable buttons for context selection that link the teacher directly to the relevant in-app destination.

Teachers see three smart recommendations displayed directly on the top of the page when they log in that have been curated to address common teacher pain-points gathered from teacher feedback and analysis. Recommendations seamlessly educate and link teachers to relevant in-app destinations, helping drive richer engagement across all phases of instruction.

Learning Hub

Kiddom offers a go-to hub for learning about how to use our platform effectively. Our Learning Hub has tutorial videos to help you in minutes!

Support for Students

We do not offer real-time support for students. In case a student encounters technical issues, teachers or administrators should get in touch with our support team.

Ongoing Support for Customers

Each account is assigned their own Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will collaborate with the school or district to ensure a seamless onboarding process, conduct onsite or digital professional learning sessions, and provide synchronous and asynchronous support throughout the academic year.

The Success Team is dedicated to ensuring that our partner schools and districts can attain their academic objectives using Kiddom. Your CSM will be the primary point of contact for administrators and teachers and will serve as an advisor to ensure success throughout the partnership with Kiddom.
