Professional Learning for Enterprise Customers
Every enterprise customer is assigned their own Customer Success Manager who will work with that school or district to ensure a smooth onboarding process, administer onsite or digital PL sessions, and provide synchronous and asynchronous support throughout the academic year.
If you are an enterprise customer, Kiddom's customer success team is available via phone, email, or in-app chat. The success team is in place to ensure that our partner schools and districts can achieve their academic goals using Kiddom. Your Kiddom Success team will be the main point of contact for administrators and teachers and act as an advisor to ensure success throughout the partnership with Kiddom.
