The Kiddom Assistant is designed to help teachers quickly understand their curriculum, make confident instructional decisions, and adapt to the evolving needs of a daily instruction in real time. The Kiddom Assistant delivers curriculum guidance directly with your workflow to help you quickly find and navigate to resources, and to provide you with an active partner to help strengthen your instructional quality and classroom practices.
Note: Currently the Kiddom Assistant is available for the majority of our products, including all Science and Social Studies curricula! Kiddom Assistant is not currently available for:
- Spanish versions of curricula
- OUR curricula
- Atlas-supported curricula
- Personalized content
- Assessment content, Science Notebooks, and Science Labs
How Do I Access the Kiddom Assistant?
You will find the Kiddom Assistant by navigating anywhere within your curriculum you would like help with and clicking on the Kiddom Assistant (diamond) icon in the right-hand toolbar or next to a lesson’s title.
A side bar will open to begin a conversation with the Kiddom Assistant to help guide you on best practices for this curriculum.
What Do I Ask?
Feel free to ask the Kiddom Assistant anything about your curriculum! We provide some suggested prompts, but feel free to type in any question you can think of and it will respond with contextual answers tied directly to your curriculum. Within a lesson, it can help you identify learning goals, explore differentiation strategies, ways to improve lesson delivery to target diverse learning styles, and more!
Kiddom Assistant can also help you make connections across an entire curriculum. You can ask questions about how concepts connect across a unit or an entire course in order to help you connect, build, and progress across the full arc of instruction!
Your conversations with Kiddom Assistant will persist while you are navigating throughout your curriculum, allowing you bounce from one lesson to another without losing the thread of information it provides. You can also revisit past conversations with the assistant at any time, allowing you to review the guidance it provided and continue a conversation where you left off.
