How to Preview an Activity

As a teacher, you may want to preview an assignment before giving it to students. Kiddom provides an easy method to do just that.

Preview Mode

At the top of an assignment, there is an eyeball icon. Clicking on this will open a new window showing Preview Mode of an activity. This mode allows you to see the activity, but does not have full functionality: it will not save or allow you to submit and embedded elements, like applets, are not useable. However, students will have full functionality of the applets when the assignment is assigned to them as the applets are optimized for the student experience.

This is especially useful when personalizing lessons to ensure that your changes are reflected accurately in the activity.
